✨ Before You Order Painted Furniture – What to Expect with Gaia’s

Handcrafted with love – Every piece is finished by hand, with care and attention to detail.

The distressed, much-loved look – Our style celebrates character and individuality. Distressing and signs of age are intentional design features, not damage.

Reclaimed furniture – Many of our pieces are pre-owned, giving them unique charm. They are restored to be functional and beautiful, but they are not brand new.

Custom commissions – A non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance is due on delivery or collection. For larger projects (like kitchens and murals), we’ll agree stage payments in advance.

Turnaround times – Each project is unique, so we’ll agree an estimated completion date before we begin.

Delivery & collection – You can collect from our workshop for free. We also offer local delivery (fuel + labour), or can help arrange a specialist courier at cost.

Work on-site – For kitchens, fitted furniture, or murals, we’ll need clear access and space to work. We’ll agree any extra costs if unexpected repairs are needed.

Workshops – Bookings can be transferred with at least 7 days’ notice.
